Nu-Tan Spray-dried & Dedusted Mimosa Extract is rich in catechol or condensed type tanning material. It is highly soluble in cold water and has a high ratio of tannins to non-tannins, offering high astringency while containing minimal amounts of acid, salt, and ash content. The ideal pH level facilitates rapid and uniform penetration into skins and hides. It has excellent filling and fixing properties, producing a light colored leather with exceptional firmness and tight grain. Additionally, this extract can be blended with other pyrogallol tanning materials, resulting in leather of superior tannage.
